Getting ready to ship
over 5 years ago – Fri, May 03, 2019 at 12:36:44 AM

  • READY TO PRINT!

Thank you all for your patience as we worked out the kinks in getting FROZEN HELL printed. GREAT NEWS! The book will be shipping next week (for orders of the regular hardcover and paperback copies), and I will be sending the printer the address list on Monday.

The special editions will be bound at a different bindery (one that does leather), and then the lettered edition will go to a box manufacturer, since we have a special box being made for them...not a slipcase, a box...so those will take longer. But the end is in sight!

  • DID YOU MOVE?

If you need to update your physical mailing address, please send me a message (NOT a comment!) here or through the Wildside Press web site and I will update it.  (I have several changes of address in my email that I have not had a chance to respond to yet, but I will confirm them shortly if you have send me one in the last few days.)

Note that addresses are locked at BackerKit, so the only way to change the address is by contacting me. I will confirm.

  • SHORT THINGS

Our anthology SHORT THINGS is almost assembled. We're just waiting on 2 stories at this point. (Alas, one is mine! I'll have some free time to get to it within the next 2 weeks, though.)

The cover by Dan Brereton is awesome! As are the interior illustrations, which are still coming in. Everyone has been really inspired by the short stories.

New Artists For Things
almost 6 years ago – Fri, Mar 08, 2019 at 01:57:35 AM

Cover Art

You picked the cover for Short Things, and here is the winning sketch by Dan Brereton.

Now he will get started on turning this sketch into a painting, and then it will become the cover.

Last reminder that if you love Dan's artwork, he has GIANTKILLER just for you.

New Artists for Short Things.

As you know, since you did an amazing job getting this project funded, we were able to give every short story its own illustration. Here are some of the new artists who have agreed to do those illustrations.

MARK WHEATLEY

Allen Koszowski

We will have more artists to announce soon. We are just waiting to hear back on some emails to confirm them.

Once more, thank you for your support and feedback. You made this project the best it can be.
